Bovano - Hanging Wall Sculpture - Dragonfly and Flowers
From our Butterflies & Dragonflies category: This sculpture is an original Bovano design, hand enameled here in our Cheshire, Connecticut studio. Vitreous enamel (pulverized glass) is applied by hand, using a delicate sprinkling method layered over solid copper and then kiln fired.
Featuring a botanical scene complete with blooming wildflowers and a small dragonfly resting on a petal, it is crafted using powdered glass fused into copper in a red hot kiln. A steel hook on the backside allows for hanging on a small nail in any room in the home.
