Paperproducts Design’s napkins are designed in the USA and produced to the highest standards at our factory in Germany. We feature artwork from artists from around the globe. Our 3-ply napkins are made from recycled pulp and printed with non-toxic, water-soluble inks and are FSC-certified, which ensures they are both biodegradable and compostable. Each package comes wrapped in cellophane with a re-sealable opening.
